I see CIC website is down,since yesterday and unable to modify the EE profile, anyone facing the same issue?

just updated the profile, website is working fine without any disruption
 
are you sure,My work history is missing,everytime, I had updated it n number of times,and when I click on the questionaiire it says error msg..
 
I changed my NOC code and work history like 20 minutes ago and it was working perfectly fine.
try switching the browser, delete cookies and erase the browsing history (passwords and logins etc)
 
something is fishy .. now when I login my entire profile is gone ..

ITA and Submitted application all gone ..

it is asking me to Enrol for a MyCIC account and all the passwords again ..

something is going on.. I hope it is resolved soon..

a little worried right now ..
 
Is anyone here able to get their profile back or it's still missing since the update on May 21, 2015?

I am not able to edit the profile as well. Says the site is down .
 
same. i have access to my profile, but i cant upload documets. it says: system error
 
Probably the next round of invitations are to be decided and they dont want any new candidates to get qualified .
i got my ECA today and would like to apply this to my profile and this will get me up by another 122 points
 
I am having the same issue,...uploaded the requested document ok, but when I am to do the e-signing...error "Our Online Services Are Currently Down System-generated error code:KI462PO9 (2015-06-02 21:37:01)" It goes further to state: Sorry, this online service is currently not available. Possible reasons: 1. We are currently updating the Web site. 2. We are experiencing technical difficulties. please try again later.

I updated my web browsers (Chrome, IE11, Firefox) and I was still unable to submit the documents. I cleared cache, used different computers without success. The deadline is fast approaching and it is unlikely that CIC is doing upgrades so long. I had called the CIC customer service on several occasions. I was advised that they are not aware of any such issues.

Could you guys state what OS are you running

Someone suggested that they had the issue when using Win7, but was able to connect using Win8 + IE11. They did say they were not sure if that was the fix. I am using Win7 +IE11 currently with no success!!!! :(
 
I'll try to submit a webform and see they could help us with this problem.
I will give you guys an update as soon as I got any reply.
