CIC Stop issuing AOR??

For some reason its taking more than 3 months (their usual time period) , you just have to wait. I submitted my file (Nova Scotia) on June 8th and I got the AOR on Sept 14th. It took around 99 calendar days to get the AOR. Peace.

Hi ashuindian, sorry about that, but what is the reason of rejection? Did they tell you? Have you received an email or you got your package back?

I got my Package back with the reason of IELTS expiry. I will be appearing for IELTS on 8 OCT. and would apply again after getting the IELTS Result. I wonder they mentioned my UCI No. on returned Papers.

Hi frds, Today (6 Oct) my PR application to CIC is reached to sydney. My IELTS test is going to expire on 14 Oct. Will they consider my application or they will return my application. Any one of my frd had the same situation.

Dear you are safe, IELTS should be valid at the time of submission. I have same situation and got AOR on 11 september.

Thanks Buddy, I thought that it should be valid till they will send the AOR. What will be the next step? and Aprox time period as my work permit is going to expired by Oct end.

Its been 3 months and still waiting for AOR.Happy thanksgiving

The big question here is, if you didn't attach the IELTS paper with your application, how did they know that it expired????
They checked Saskatchewan nomination files??

Now the scenario has changed. I have sent the Application again with updated IELTS and got delivered on 3 November at Sydney. Have you got AOR?

Mine received on 8-9-2016, no AOR yet.
My inquiry regarding your application return, is how did they know that your IELTS expired while you did not attach it in the first place!

Do not send IELTS and it grow expiry same thing. Because even if you send an Application without IELTS, they will return.
