CIC started rejecting NOC 1111, 0111...............

CHC received my file on 1st June 2010, replied back on 30th Sep 2010, issued me a CHC number in Feb 2011. Since then, I can only see "pending review'' on my status.
I applied under NOC 0111.

Any suggestions??

Can any body inform me how safe is an applicant when his status is cghanged to "In Process" , from application received by visa office.

What are the possibilities of getting Medical / Visa after this status??

No one can give u any insurity. We all are in list of IP and waiting for next step. However, CIC is unpredictable. We can give u positive hope that it will work out very soon. Thats all we can do here...
