It was only one individual cease.

You can not say thet CIC will reject all 1111 NOC applications.

In case you are not aware, this is the common format for any rejection letter that is issued, when the VO is not satisfied with the quality of documents/proofs for a *particular individual*. This has absolutely nothing to do with the NOC code in general. No need to be panicked and please refrain from spreading panic in the forum. Good luck! :)

Hi guys

see this rejection letter:

“You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1111 - ACCOUNTANT. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC- 1111; ACCOUNTANT, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of an ACCOUNTANT. As such, I am not satisfied that you are really a ACCOUNTANT - 1111

Nem don't mind but your writing and thread title has started the confusion, your first post on thread was

hey guys

CIC has started rejecting all applications those applied before June 26 in ND.

four of my frens got rejection mails in the same day citing no need of such professions and .................
very very bad news.... for those waiting ................... I have given up my hope for PR now

in the post you said no need of such professions

your info was questioned by members then you posted this

Dear all

many many thanks for reply and comments. i mean that we are all at risk for being pre June applicants having out listed in NOC. I had mentioned above concerning accountants, finance manager and auditors. Likewise other occupations which are not listed in NOC now have been posed ever higher risk. anything can happen even whatever the status may be in ecas.

In rejection letter they have written that We are now not only considering 67 points but also the overall potentialities of applicants. Now visa officer should be fully satisfied with the applicants' documents rather than point scoring.

God bless you

these comments were ambiguous, I already replied to that, then you came up with this

I have no comment for those who don't believe me. what i am writing i based on the evidence i have seen visibly.

I cant write the whole statements of visa consular here; but mention single line which is enough to understand......

"I am not convinced with your work experience and supporting documents in the light of ministerial instruction announced June 26, 2010."

NOC 1111 was not in the list issued after June 26, then this

“You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 1111 - ACCOUNTANT. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC- 1111; ACCOUNTANT, including all of the essential duties.

and this is not new, VO have rejected number of cases due to poor quality of documents esp in from countries where they documents can easily be obtain through some reference and bribe. the application guideline clearly says that visa officers are skilled to judge the authenticity/quality of supporting documents submitted with application. I read on forum couple of days back a dentist was rejected due to poor quality of docs. Providing the proof for claimed points is applicants responsibility, and if due to insufficient proofs if applicant is rejected then yes under current rules NOC 1111,0111 applicant may not be able to apply again.

Dear Zulkfal,

Did you finish your Medical test?

In what part of Toronto?

How much it cost?

Stop spreading these kinds of rumours...this is baseless and I think one should be discouraged from doing such things.

Nema is on dope. He mixed and messed up everything!

Yep, I did my Med on 05/09 at DMP near to Jane @ Finch. it costed me around $210 but will not advice you to go there because his team is lazy. He told me it can take a month before he will courier meds.

Based on this letter why you saying its to do with NOCS 0111, 1111, . Its clearly to do with their job duties and work experience and visa officer was not satisfied with their past work experience. You have misunderstood the letter and confusing others. Now apologise to people for your misunderstanding and close this topic.

Thanks

Thanks comrade, I can now relax but some people are alarmists here 8)

Don't worry Snoko-Kiviake, just keep your patience and you will got Maple Leaf on your PP soon.

At last , Win for the forum members ! it was a generalized rejection as the applicants were not been not able to demonstrate that they did the duties as claimed by them. simple !

Everyone calm down now and pray for the best for all.

Hi jnathan,

ecas showing inprocess(with RBVO) details since Apr19,2011.Im expecting to recieve MR by june/july2011 hopefully :)

one good thing is that our file got transferred to LA from Buffalo and the processing speed at LA office is quiet good compared to other local VO's in US.never thought of ordering CAIPS coz LA always respond to our email enquiries in a day or 2 with the actual status and no generic responses.

I read ur post regarding the email u received from ur VO asking u to wait for 2 more yrs.Aaaah!...dont know what to say.now I am wondering if its going to be the same for everyone.did u get ur interview date?

All the Best

pearl,

when do you expect your Medical given the situations currently CIC/Canadian job market have.
why not order CAIPS ?

I am so happy for you. Canada would normally welcome more PR's from USA rather than this part of the world.
US is more like the same in many aspects with Canada.

I have been told that I could be called for an Intervw and requested me to wait to hear from them.

But now we are in India :D...returned for good :)

Anyways, Lets hope for the best.
best wishes for ur interview and hope u will have a smooth process ahead.keep in touch.
