CIC Stage AOR 2018

Hello Friends!

My paper application for PR (AINP) was received by IRCC on 27th Dec'17. I'm still waiting for the AOR. I'm not able to apply for BOWP until receiving the AOR, however, my current work permit is expiring on 15th March'18.

I've "204(c) letter of support” with the current employer name mentioned on it for applying new LMIA exempt work permit under code T13, that would allow me to stay only in Canada, but without work and any employment insurance (E.I.) benefit, once my contract with current employer expires. I really don't have a deep pocket.

I would really appreciate if you kindly suggest what could be best possible course of action on account of my current situation as per your experience.

these days, It takes two months from Received to AOR.

In my opinion, you will have AOR last week of Feb.

If you worry about that,
you can apply for BOWP without AOR(file number) by mail.

they will not accept your application,
BUT! It will take 3~4 months.

you can have 3months more~
until June.

If I were you, I will wait until first week of March.

Hope you get AOR soon!

I think as we are the last lot for paper application we will receive PR fast (max 6months) just like we got MPNP nomination in 28 days fingers crossed!

The cic website says 18 months processing time. Hope we will get it soon.

As of now with in 50 to 60 days you can get AOR.
