CIC Scores Not Updating

Dear All,

I recently received ECA for my spouse's education and updated my EE profile, however the scores did not move. I have already sent my application for OINP should I let it be like that or contact CIC for scores not being changed. If yes then does anybody know CIC's email, I could not find it on their website
