Hi Anish,

it would be great if you provide the list of documents you have submitted in your PR application?

My points in Express entry is not sufficient, hence opting the option of Provincial Nomination.
Can anyone suggest how much time it will take to process the PR application.

What do you want to say? Provincial paper based takes 18-24 months.
and EE with PNP support takes about 10-12 months.

Finally, got AOR!!!

Application received: 19 May 2017

Hello all,
I wonder if there is anybody here who has applied under BC post-graduate stream (master or PhD) paper-based, Sydney, Nova Scotia? If there is any, please share the status of your application.

Cheers,

Mine was similar. AOR and Start Processing are the same day (March 2017). However, there had been no update since. They sent a reminder to pay RPRF back in June. But that was it. My status still shows "Your Action is required" but no messages was attached in GCKey (technical issue).

Today I got another email saying the issue was resolved. However when I logged back in, the issue was still there lol

I'm gona give CIC a call before the month runs out....I usually get them if I call at most an hour when they open for the day's business. After an hour its almost impossible to get them.

Though those cic agents sometimes give wrong info..if you talk to two different people within the same time frame, chances you will get different responses are high ..

same timeline, same category, same situation, waiting for MR

Thank you for sharing the info. Just one thing, I received a letter from CIC to update some docs (my passport copy, police certificate, Schedule A update, and right of PR fee) about two month ago. Did you receive such a letter from CIC?

Cheers,

I am seeing this "your action is required" from beginning. I was thinking that there is something wrong with their system! Is it important to call them about this message? everything is confusing guys!!

My guts tells me its nothing..but I'm gona call them still. Why I say its nothing is this: if you click on it it takes u to another page where your whole info is shown..stuffs like..'if we require additional docs we gona let u now...blah blah..if there's actually something u need to attend to, those will change accordingly

My friend told me that you will receive an email almost 45 to 60 days after paying your RPRF to do your medial. Did you pay your RPRF?
