By the way, I have contacted them multiple ways with regard to this issue:

(1) Facebook Page: they confirmed this is a technical issue. If there is no message attached, no action is required from the applicant. However this issue has been around for more than 2 months. Not sure what their I.T. are doing.

(2) IRCC Web Form / Technical Difficulties: I submitted at least 5 cases. Some went into the black hole. However, I did get two responses (automatic reply) saying "This issue has been resolved. Please log in again blablabla...."

And when I logged back in......the issue was STILL there.

I gave up reaching out to them about this (minor?) issue. I am more concerned about the Medical Request, which I haven't got since AOR on March 12 2017.

BCPNP Internal Graduate Paper Based Inland
Jan 2017: submission
March 2017: AOR
June 2017: RPRF
(waiting for MR.....if it ever comes)
-------
I got my AOR on March 15, 2017. Can you tell me how I can use IRCC Web Form? is there any link for that?

If I were you, I would select "Permanent Residence, applied by mail" / Provincial Nominee

Hope they will reply to you efficiently (in person!)
--------
I used this form when I updated my PCC and My Schedule A, RPRF receipt, etc., but they didn't send back any confirmation. Do you remember, How long it took to confirm your payment when you sent your payment receipt?

They didn't confirm after I sent my payment receipt. I created a case (technical difficulties) to ask them specifically whether they received my receipts or not. And luckily, someone replied.
Thank you. I will let you know if any update comes up.
Cheers

Hi Everyone,

I have been nominated by OINP recently on International student with Job offer stream. I'm in a process of preparing the supporting documents for my Paper based PR application.

Question:
1) For past 10 years history, I will add my education and work experience from India. Do I need to enclose any supporting document for that?
Because, document checklist doesn't ask for those documents, but people who apply thru express entry enclose those documents. So, I'm confused, If I need one with my application.

2) Do I need to provide documents for taxes I paid in India?

Please let me know your thoughts,

Thanks!

I applied under same category since January 2017, AOR March, Reminder email about RPRF and changes to Schedule A in June. No medical Request yet.

TO ANSWER QUESTION 1, I only sent what was requested on the checklist. If they ask for supporting documents then you send them. I send my degree/diploma and a reference letter from my current job that I used to apply for the PR.

I would say to send reference letters or something from past jobs if you can get them along with your qualifications though.

Q2. No you do not need to submit taxes.

Finally received my AOR
