Without PNP it is impossible. You can't apply for SINP. They have some regulated NOCs
NSNP, NOC 2171, 2174, 2281, 2282 are in their list.
and Ontario (Providing special discount in CRS to apply for IT related NOCs) are better option for you.

Hello provincial nominee.can you please help me with my concerns.I already passed medical exam and paid RPRF but last june 27 manilaimmigration ask me to submit a detailed written explanation regarding my relationship to my third party payers.they ask me also to submit the use of representative form even if i don't have any representative and what makes me worry is that they ask me again to submit proof of employment history.

If you do not have the representative in your application do draft a cover letter explaining the same.

and

also provide your updated employment records as requested by them.

I think you should really apply through EE instead of paper-based. Since you have already worked there for more than a year. Usually it's between 2 to 3 months before AOR after application received

Hi Zilin,

I'm in a same situation as you. I have experience in NOC A but not enough score for Express Entry. So, I applied for PNP thru Employer Job offer stream.

Did you apply for Paper based PR application and they rejected? or You just simply called CIC?

I'm wondering the answer given by CIC for our situation is not correct or doesn't apply for us. May be if you try to reach out to Visa office from Sydney, Nova Scotia may answer differently.

If Ontario nominates you, then it means there is a way to submit an application.

Even in my situation, I'm on implied status and I have work permit extension letter from OINP. But CIC sounds like I may be rejected for new work permit with OINP or I may not be eligible for applying one. I think, its better to apply and see what happens next.

Please let me know if my view on this situation is wrong.

Thanks!
Hello,

Thanks for your response.

I just got nomination from ontario PNP last week.

It has indicated clearly on the letter that my nomination is an non-express entry and I should apply to PR through paper-based.

I just mailed my application today.

I think the CIC agent gave me the wrong information when I called.

Hi,

I received an "Do not Reply" email with my application numbers and confirming that was received on May 8th. I have a couple of questions:

Is this the AOR? in case to extend my Work permit when expired (May2018)

I can't link the application into my account of the CIC? anybody had the same issue? I've tried every possible way (All capitals, all lower case, capital first letter, etc.). I Applied with Alberta Nominee.

How long after this emails you've received the Medical Exams request?

Cheers,
Mauricio

Yes, this is the AOR! You can use it for your BOWP! After the email should be within 10 months for ME! May I know when did you received the email?
