I can't understand why u talking for IELTS if you have applied for PR. If you are nominated by any province and now you have applied for PR you dont need to worry about IELTS. They are not require IELTS anymore. I mean the application for PR.

Thank you

They don't care. It's in the document checklist.

I have submitted the paper based application to CIC earlier this month. I can try to answer your questions from my experience.

* I also made payment online and only submitted the online receipt generated after payment.
* I didn't include school certificate because it was already submitted during the MPNP application process. In a case it wasn't required from the checklist.
* Provincial Nominee (since you were nominated by a Province)
* skilled worker overseas is what you need to fill there

Finally, there is a point by point instruction on how to fill all the forms. Check the link below:

I hope you find the information helpful. Best of blessings.
Wow! Teaching started the first post.

Ha ha ha, deleted and ran away.

Well, I deleted the post because it was meant to address the specific concern of someone on he forum. It was my first post so I am not too conversant with posting on forums. However it has been delivered to the Questionnaire (the recipient intended). Many thanks for your response anyways.

I accepted Paper based NSNP application and sent my application to IRCC during September. In October, i received my OINP Express entry nomination and accepted it. I then sent a letter to IRCC to withdraw my paper based application. I waited a few days but there was no reply.

I received ITA in one weeks and went ahead with the procedure and submitted my application to IRCC again (online via Express Entry).

Just last week, i got my NSNP based paper PR application withdrawal email.

Will I have an issue since i accepted both NSNP and OINP nominations?

FYI : i went ahead with both paper and ee based simulatenously because of this link in IRCC :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1142&top=29

Thanks.
Any suggestions?

Guys,

I have 3 questions about the paper-based application:

1) Do we need to provide proof of funds? In the Province Nomination checklist "IMM5690E" there is nothing mentioning about it.
But in the webpage "http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp" there is a section that mention "Funds required to settle in Canada" where is says "You must prove that you have enough money unencumbered by debts or obligations to support yourself and your family members after you arrive in Canada."

2) I'm saying for 4 months in a central america country in a business trip. I had a letter to the immigration of the local country and they gave me a tourist visa anyway.
In the visa basically I'm not allowed to work for a local company. And I do not receive money from them... but the purpose is a Business trip for future project.
The question I have is, how to provice this information in the "IMM5669E - BACKGROUND" without having problems about it?

3) For ALL forms, should we sign only on the designated places or do we need to sign in each page at the botton? There are some documents that do not have any place for signature.

Att,
racabu.

For the problem #2, I'm thinking of writing the purpose of the trip as "Business" and provide a letter of explanation about the matter. I have documents that can help understand the problem and it explains the visa (issued upon arrival) was wrongly issued as a tourist visa instead of a Business one.
What you guys think?

CIC will inform you about 4 months later. You have send one email daily to DHL officials about physical delivery receipt. They will provide u with in 2-3 days.

Thank you ashuindian my understanding is that the 3-4 month period is for AOR and this to confirm that the application is eligible however i read somewhere that there is an email sent before AOR to confirm that they have actually got the application, maybe I am just confused

No, only AOR is confirmation letter as well.

DEAR friends, what is the CIC language requirements, is it similar to SINP, means CLB 4 for OID? A ctually I have to send IELTS result to CIC again, because they sent back my paper application due to IELTS expiry during the PR process. I appeared in IELTS and waiting for result. But I am not an English medium educated, so, after a lot of labour in a short span of time, my paper was not very good.

I have submited PR applications to CIC with expired IELSTS result, and i got AOR, some one said all critera should follow up the province selection benchmar, i think it is reasonable, otherwise, if you get older more than 45 years old after you submited, your application would be devalue for points.
