I am having a complex issue,pl help
1 immigrated in canada in 2009 with family.
2 my wife and chilren got their passports in 2014
3 i am working as consultant in middle east and have to visit there every month for 2 to three weeks. Part time in canada working with a real state agent and filling my tax returns every year but not mentioning any job outside canada.
4 as per record i gotnfrom cbsa shows i have 30 entries in past five years.
5 applied my pr card revewal in 2014 and in march it shows that in the website thatvis approved but got a letter to picknit from cic office with all documents.
6 because of lot of travelling my rep may have put some dates incorrectly.
7 i m meeting 730 days period in canada as per my passport record.
8 if cic pick up centre has some doubt then what will happen.
9 will it ake any legal issue to me or my family citenzenship.
10 i m travelling back and forth every month but as my pr card is expired i m entering through usa in my car and my family is picking me without any issue at border.
11 ifvthere is any doubt shall i revoke my pr and is it possible that i will get multiple visit visa to visit my family
12 if i revoke my pr card then what will happen to my mortgage, driver licencs, bank accounts etc.

Pl share your experience and legal advice.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
This is a highly complex issue with high stakes. I suggest that you speak with a reputable lawyer.

2. If your wife and children are citizens, they are citizens. It will not be revoked unless there is substantial indications of misrepresentation (i.e. they lied on their citizenship application). If there's any chance they may have misrepresented anything on their citizenship applications, talk to a lawyer.
5. Some office pick ups are randomly assigned, some are assigned due to questions or concerns about residency, etc.
6. You need to figure out whether your dates are correct or not ASAP. If you believe they are wrong, it is not your representative's fault. it does you no good to blame your rep. When you signed your application, you were attesting that it was accurate.
7. But what about your other records and your knowledge of the truth? If you are not meeting the 730 days in the real world of truth, you need to talk to a lawyer ASAP.
10. You are lucky that this is working for you. I wouldn't depend on it forever. You need to talk to a lawyer.
