CIC is not a Recipient of your WES Evaluation Report

Hi Guys, i also got the same email from WES mentioning CIC is not the recipient of my ECA report on 21st August then I paid 50 CAD $ in addition of 130 CAD $ initial payment. Actually i had paid initial amount last year in 2013. That time i think WES did not have link to add cic as a recipient. so ultimetely i have paid 180 bucks in total. This year WES people giving both physical and electronic copy viewable by CIC in just 84 bucks. This is really unfair. i really could not understand this!! Moreover I faced backlog last year due to caps got full (last year CIO had sent my app package after 4 months!!!!) and this year this WES people making delay in my PER!! i am really worried now whether i will get my PER this year as it is already 4 months passed since my application was received by CIO. Has anybody having the same case got PER??

Hi Guys
I also receive the same email from WES on 30 dec 2014, saying that CIC is not recipient of my report and asking me to buy duplicate report. I immediately paid the additional fees. My application was received by CIC on 4 sep, cc charged on 24 Nov 2014.
Still waiting for my PER.

Dear friends,

I am still new to this forum. I also received the same email from WES that CIC can not access eca report on 31st Jan 2015. Unfortunately I noticed that on 9th feb 2015 . Email also had a link to make a payment. It did not ask for recipient to be added and charged CAD 33.90 straightaway. In that it also said that the additional report will be sent in 1 working day.

It has been over 3 days and the status is still showing 'Review in Progress' :'( :'(.

My question is it too late to act? Do you think CIC is still waiting patiently?? I have really no idea why WES is taking so long to send an e access to CIC??
I had ordered Course by course evaluation but had not included CIC as one of the recipients.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi All, I just got my WES reference number and i had paid $233.90. After reviewing all these posts, i wanted to make sure that I did not miss anything here? CIC fees etc.

I have below recipients:

International Admissions - Centralized Intake Office
Sydney NS, B1P 0A9

Is this correct?

That can't be right. Where are you applying from? And what package did you choose? Normally it would say IRCC - centralised intake office as your receipient
