I have spoken with my immigration agent earlier today. He advised me to wait for at least till tomorrow or even Monday for the new requirements and rules.
I am loosing my mind by now….Don’t know what to do. Please kindly suggest

I sent my application right now.. just waited for july 1 to end... waited for updates... i feel other than the 500 cap, no other updates.. so sent it!

As they've started the application cap count and cic said from july 1, 2011, changes will be in effect... so i sent it.

U should've send it by now... this minuscule quota could be 'full' before u could say, "Billy Joe"! Send it asap.

CIC never applies [change of] rules retroactively. As of date there's no mention of selection criterion replacing... just that it's 500/NOC. If u send your apps before the 'cap' applies - u'd be considered as per the prevalent rules. There's a lock-in factor, remember?

if application is incomplete and if they decide to return it can take considerable amount of time like 3-4 months. are you sure your application is incomplete?

hi, in filling up the IMM 0008-Schedule 1 Background /Declaration Form, there is one item asking your PLACE OF BIRTH. One box asks for town or city and the other box is the country.. did u still write the STATE or PROVINCE??

Ex: San Diego City, USA

or

Ex: San Diego City, CA, USA??

pls help..!
