    Take a look at the numbers in the spreadsheet. Choose CIC CAP and try to understand the growth in numbers of applicants over the CIC's official released figures. What Noc grew exponentially over the time and exceeded others?

    I'm pretty sure that 3012 is the next Noc in Cap Reached and if not, so the second one. Guys, you r completely forget that 3012 applicants weren't ready at all to apply because the Noc was out for 2 years. Just look at the numbers in canadavisa spreadsheet.
