I got this number and have given it a try about twice,it is not worth it.They hold you on for almost 30mins saying all kinds of jargon and ask you to leave a message-fluke they never get back.I would suggest you send an email or a posted letter.The no is CIC Ottawa 18003873124,IT IS ACTUALLY FOR ENQUIRIES OUTSIDE,BUT IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

i have been sent my application twice via Fedex courier service on below mentioned address without any contact number.

Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office

Canada

and that courier neither asked me for cic contact number.
it will take 12 to 13 days to reach at destination from pakistan<karachi>

to check the status of your application you need to email them through webmail or check your online status
they will not tell you any thing on phone calls
