Hi there, I have been trying to phone the call centre serveral times. Before I used to get the message that they are expriencing a high volume of calls. I tried to phone today and I didn't got the high volume of calls message but I was also never able to reach an agent. The automated telephone service kept repeating itself. Does anyone know how I get to talk to an agent, I have a few specific questions that I can't find on the internet.

You have to keep calling back until you get past the message that basically disconnects the call. I know...it's frustrating but eventually you will get to the lovely on-hold music. ;D

Just as a side note/ cic call centre is notorious for giving bad information. I know of several people who have called a few times with the same question, only to be given widely different answers each time.
