After submitting all the documents,suddenly cic is asking for my wife's PCC again.While keeping her file the PCC wasnt expired yet they asking it again? I dont understand why and that too they are asking me to submit it again in 30 days how is it possible? Anyone has faced problem like me please share what to do

Medicals are asked again after 10-11 month(1 or 2 months before they expire) if a decision hasn't been made. This only applies to people outside Canada mostly. People inside Canada have their medicals extended.
However, PCC is asked again under the same situation but for both inside and outside applicants but mostly inside applicants.
Also, keep in mind that if they are asking again too soon, that might mean that they never received it. People have had their application rejected because CIC says they didn't send the documents they requested when they did send them.
The best you can do is comply with their request asap. good luck.

It happened to me I was asked twice of pcc here and abroad. You just have to comply on what they are asking and don't forget to email them and ask if they received it to make sure.

I have a question:
When application reach to CIO, IELTS should be valid and after that if IELTS get expired they won't ask for that anymore, How about PCC? When applicant (Outland) get a fresh PCC just before sending application to CIO, In these days PCC is valid for 6 months and also it will take atleast 4 months one file transfer to local visa office and almost all of applications will take about 10 to 12 months to be finalized. Then will they ask for a new PCC after 6 months of its issuing date or when it is still valid when processing of a file starts(in local visa office) then they won't ask for a new one anymore?
About medical, I know if the process takes over a year after medical date, they will ask for a new one but how about PCC?

i added my wife name in my file in December during that time I submitted all her documents along with a valid just a 2 month old pcc...now year I got request of resubmitting the Pcc..do cic give time extension?

Cic mentioned that pcc should not be more then 3 months while submitting the file n her pcc was jus 2 month old
