Upload an LOE in that placeholder that Schedule 4a doesn't apply in your case.

Did you upload schedule 4a during the permanent residency application or did CIC request you for additional document after you submitted PR application .

Yup they ask all PNP applicants to upload 4a ..I have written an LOE that it's not applicable to me
