Hi Friends so here is a news from me for u..am also albertas AINP Family Stream Candidate
today i received my medicals along with some other forms
they requested to pay right for permanent residance fee and send my passport along with my fee after completion of medical.( with in 30 days from letter received.
am little bit in doubt..
why they requested me to send my passport so early , even without reveiwing my medical results????
Can anyone here Assist me?/

I guess these VISA offices don't process any PR applications. They might be for other VISA purposes.

Last month I looked and there were numbers there...I am saying because CIC may or may not transfer mine to Brazil-Sao Paulo, since I will leave US in 2 months.
Actually at that time, for me it was even better, because Sao Paulo numbers were lower than Buffalo (meaning faster)...now they don't have numbers anymore.....arrrggggg

hey here is my time line
i applied to Ainp alberta(under Family Stream) on 30th july 2008 at their adminton office and got file number in second week of september, and after that i got provincial nominee certificate in my name in 3rd week of dec 2008, i forwarded my PR Application with documents listed in check list to CHC NEWDELHI on 3rd week of jan 2009 and got file number in second week of FEb 2009, yesterday i received medical exam kit, and was requested to pay ROPR FEE(490$) and was directed to send my passport along with fee after i done medicals. so today i have appiontment for medicals and next week i will mail my passport to chc delhi. hope u people will get medicals soon thanks bhathal

I would appreciate, if somebody can tell me that whether I need to send the Mark Sheets of Education Certificates or thats fine if i do not send.

Anybody got nomination without sending Mark Sheet of the Education Certificates / Degrees.

I know, there is no harm sending also ...but the problem is my mark sheets are in the native language so I need to get those translated before sending them. I don't want to get into that hassle so thats why I am asking this.

Please suggest!!

hey wassi i didnt sent my mark sheets when i filed application, but later on they requested me to send mark sheets.. so its a requirement.. u have to send notirized copy of mark sheets also with degree or diploma or whatever u qualification is.
so tranlate now and send them along wid application

Probably no-one applied for PR in Sao Paulo. That's why the dash.

i think CHC newdelhi is fastest regarding AINP(Family Stream) They processed my application in one month... now requested me to send my passport

Hello Wasi2000:

Try with this agency of translation. They are approved by Canadian Embassy:

you can contact this agency and tell them your location and either they will give you the address of office close to you or will mail you certified translation.
Also when you attach the translated copy of your credential, Also attach the copy of original credential with application packet because they just don't rely and translation made by others and they also translate the credential inside consulate with thier translators to check the accuracy.
