CIC Account Profile blank- AOR in Nov 2015

Hi guys, help please!

I am FSW inland. My submission & AOR was back in Nov 2015. After that I only saw status changed to medical passed and background check in process in late Nov. However, I have never heard anything ever since. I checked my CIC account recently and see that the information about background check and medical check was gone and those lines become blank. There is nothing except that my application status is open.

I am not sure what is going on. Why do they delete the information that was already there? Is there any way that I could check with CIC? It's been 4 months since AOR and I hear nothing. What is the most efficient way to check with CIC?

Hey there,
I think you should contact CIC via telephone to inquire, however i noticed some applicants have about a 4 month wait until their information is verified and then its just to request the passport for stamping.
