CIC account - missing communication

I can't even link to mycic after trying everyday for 2 months straight. Yesterday I sent the "technical issue" inquiry through. So hopefully they will respond. I also sent one in February and got no response.
I seriously hope they resolve these issues. This process to linking and errors seems to be a bit much.

Not yet .. keep us updating .. i called them today again ..they told they are receiving a high volume of email regarding those linked application issues so it could take more than 10 days ..

NEWS - I spoke with an IRCC agent who was very helpful. I uploaded my Schedule A and police certificate March 20 using the webform and they have received it today March 28. The next step is to do a medical exam. Interestingly enough, he said my application is not showing up as linked on his side, even though it is. Hence, I am not getting any communication from CIC through the "linked" account. He said that there is no consequence to not having your application linked. I will still get all the information either via email or mail. So if you can't get your application linked, don't worry about it. Linking the application just speeds things up.

Hi did u also got any response from the tech support team .. or the call center agent informed u ... coz i have also uploaded through ircc webform under the technical issue ... but still no response .. should i call them and check if they have received or not ?

Hi VMDATTA i just received a letter in the mail ..its asking for my schedule a and pcc.. while i uploaded that 2 weeks ago via ircc webform .. but in the letter it says if um uploading through webform i need to sign that by hand .. but i only signed by typing ..so is this the reason they have not attached my documents yet .. Do i need to print sign and then upload the scan copy through the ircc form .. plz advise..how did u do that .. ?

Same boat here! Please let me know if any of you receive a reply for the IRCC inquiry.
My application was received on feb 10 and got AOR on March 8th. ECAS says they sent me correspondence on March 9th but I got nothing on MyCIC. I just submitted the tech report but I'm so anxious that my deadline is coming soon and I have to idea if I should send any documents. I already filled out Schedule A and Haven't sent it. No idea how to go about the Backgrund Check without the document request. -anyone know specifications on this?

Any luck? I'm submitting my schedule A through IRCC webform today, got my AOR March 18th N ECAS says they sent me request on March 20 which I haven't received anything

Hi i don't know what kind of technical issue you got but few things I would like to say to try1. If your only applying for spouse while linking type 2 it includes sponsor and applicant always include sponsor then try you may get it

interesting... when you linked the application, did you get a message and an email to state that it was linked? every time i log into GCKEY i see that message that i was able to link successfully on March 17....

If the instructions indicate that if uploading Schedule A through the web form that you need to sign by hand then yes you need to print it and sign it and then scan it and upload.

Sorry for not replying earlier, haven't checked the forum in a few days. If the written letter says "sign it with ink" then i would print it, sign it and scan it before uploading it. When I spoke to IRCC agent about uploading my schedule A on the webform, he said he had never heard of people having to sign it with it as the electronic form has a typed name and is validated. But sometimes, there agents give inaccurate information. I haven't received this letter requesting Schedule A in the mail yet but I will keep you posted of my progress.

And I haven't gotten a response from the technical support team and today was the 10th business day so I will to be calling them again on Monday, April 3. This is so ridiculous.

Yes, I got an email and a notification in the CIC account stating that it is linked to my application. But it's not showing up as linked in there end. I created this CIC account using GC key instead of a financial institution. I created a second account about 2 weeks ago via Scotiabank and am trying to link the application the new account. Since the old account isn't registering on there end, I figured there was no harm in starting a new account but I haven't been able to link it. It's a nightmare.

FINALLY they have confirmed my linked application ..and told i will receive the correspondence on my account ..and as said today i got a new message in the account and it was for my schedule a .. though i uploaded it allready but i think as i did not hand sign it they are requesting it again ..so um gonna upload through mycic account soon ..

Hi the letter i got from cic it clearly state that if i am uploading through ircc webform ..it must be hand signed nd then upload the scanned copy .. but if uploading through the MYCIC account then we dont need to hand sign it ..

Hi guys,

Around this time that the forum started, CIC asked for medicals from us, but the request didn't come through to the portal (the account is also linked). Now trying to chase them. Has anyone had this experience? Would they re-send the medical form so that you can get it done? As this is for immigration, without form, there is no way we can get medicals done. help?
