Hi everyone,

Just to give a little bit of background:
Application submitted Feb 22, 2017
Application received in Mississauga - feb 23, 2017
AOR 1 - March 8, 2017
SA - March 10, 2017
Application Linked - March 13, 2017

Despite everything moving fairly smoothly, I still have not received a request to upload Schedule A or police certificate. I called IRCC today and apparently a request was sent March 15, 2017 but it's not in the CIC account to which the application is linked. The only message I have is the initial message stating the application is linked on March 13, 2017. The IRCC agent stated that this is considered a "technical issue" and the only way to resolve it is using the IRCC webform and submitting a request. This will take up to 10 business days to get an electronic reply. I have done this.

Does anyone else have any recommendation or tips? Can these forms be uploaded without a request. (IRCC have requested it but I just can't see it on my account). Has anyone experienced anything similar?

you can mail it in to their address and or upload it through the linked application online you don't need to wait for them since they are having tech issues just upload it and send in the original mailed with explanation of what happened. this is what slowed your application down because its required.
