CIC account - missing communication

The system says they sent you the request, its just that you cant see the detail. I asked the agent to read me the information that was included in the correspondence. She told me that i could submit it using the IRCC webform, so i uploaded the schedule A. Once i have the PCC i will upload it as well.

would u mind sharing the process to upload through ircc webform .. like which catagory n all..also as it will be two documents i have to send twice right .. coz i saw there was only one space to upload one at a time ..

SO that means in these cases we can do nothing but waiting 10 business days from the tech support ?? should we send them by mail ? or try to link it with another account so that it might get refresed nd updated .. -_-

I just uploaded the document as per "ayomas" comments. I attached the documents after filing out the forum (case specific enquiry - technical difficulties). I explained how there was a request for these documents on my account but I was not able to see it. Hopefully this works. Either way, I will keep checking the account and await CIC response.

I did both. I had already uploaded my technical issue with a screen shot by the time I started this thread. I didn't realize that that you could also upload schedule A and PCC this way but am still not sure if this will resolve the issue. A case specific enquiry is "case specific" since as you enter your application and UCI number, so they know exactly which case. If explain why you are uploading the documents this way and not on the CIC application, they should be able to connect the dots. I will still call them back on April 3 if I don't hear back from them in 10 business days.

Could you please tell me the IRCC phone number you called?

There is 1-888-242-2100 but this won't work if you are outside Canada. You can also try 1-613-944-4000 and pick the Canadian immigration option, which eventually transfers you to the toll free number. When I called from my US phone, neither number worked. When I called from my Canadian cell phone, the 613 number worked. I live and work in Buffalo so I have both Canadian and US numbers. For someone who doesn't have a Canadian number, I am not sure how you contact IRCC over the phone. Hope this helps.

That's brilliant. Did you send it as a "case specific enquiry" or generic webform. If the generic webform, what did you select as your topic? (ie. technical difficulties, PR card, etc). I will do the same and hopefully it works!

Hmm. i honestly dont recall. i think i did Generic and listed it as technical difficulties.

SO if we upload the form through web form will they still consider the documnet and process it ...alo um afrai that if mycic doesnt get updated what will happen at the time of medical request .. ??

My application was received on feb 10 and got AOR on March 8th. ECAS says they sent me correspondence on March 9th but I got nothing on MyCIC. I just submitted the tech report but I'm so anxious that my deadline is coming soon and I have to idea if I should send any documents. I already filled out Schedule A and Haven't sent it. No idea how to go about the Backgrund Check without the document request. -anyone know specifications on this?

Yes you should upload the Schedule A. However if you use the webform you will need to have it signed by the applicant rather than them simply typing their name into the form. I"m planning to submit the PCC using that forum as well to ensure that things keep moving along.

Not yet .. keep us updating .. i called them today again ..they told they are receiving a high volume of email regarding those linked application issues so it could take more than 10 days ..

I can't even link to mycic after trying everyday for 2 months straight. Yesterday I sent the "technical issue" inquiry through. So hopefully they will respond. I also sent one in February and got no response.
I seriously hope they resolve these issues. This process to linking and errors seems to be a bit much.

How are you filling the fields when u try linking, what info are u putting?
