CIC account - missing communication

Hi everyone,

Just to give a little bit of background:
Application submitted Feb 22, 2017
Application received in Mississauga - feb 23, 2017
AOR 1 - March 8, 2017
SA - March 10, 2017
Application Linked - March 13, 2017

Despite everything moving fairly smoothly, I still have not received a request to upload Schedule A or police certificate. I called IRCC today and apparently a request was sent March 15, 2017 but it's not in the CIC account to which the application is linked. The only message I have is the initial message stating the application is linked on March 13, 2017. The IRCC agent stated that this is considered a "technical issue" and the only way to resolve it is using the IRCC webform and submitting a request. This will take up to 10 business days to get an electronic reply. I have done this.

Does anyone else have any recommendation or tips? Can these forms be uploaded without a request. (IRCC have requested it but I just can't see it on my account). Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I am in the same boat ..i called today nd they told me that the req has been allready sent ..and my deadline is april 16 ..but no where in mycic i can see that ..the agent told me to submit an tech issue report with a screen shot .. i did that today ..nd it may talke 10 bussiness for them to reply .. this thing is freakin g me out .. no idea what to do .. -_-

What about your medical did u sent them upfront?

how about sending a case specific enquiry about the issue and ignoring what the call center agent said? they are notorious for being wrong.

I was under the impression that applications submitted after dec 2016, you did not send a medical upfront but rather waited until it was requested.

I am not sure what to do either. Waiting for 10 business days for a generic electronic reply seems so unhelpful. I would rather speak to someone in the techinical issue department. I called back and requested to speak with someone in this department and was told that it doesn't like that.

yes i haven't sent them upfront.I got Sa and file transfered...Provided the pcc and schedule a on my cic account..But not requested yet for medical...Should i call IRCC or to wait?

To be honest, I am not sure. But never hurts to call them, if you have the time to wait at least 45 minutes on hold before speaking with an agent.

I'm seeing a lot of people having the same problem...Some of them have been requested for their medical and some for their pcc and schedule A ..and some haven't recieved nothing..

I just sent a case specific enquiry as well.

The system says they sent you the request, its just that you cant see the detail. I asked the agent to read me the information that was included in the correspondence. She told me that i could submit it using the IRCC webform, so i uploaded the schedule A. Once i have the PCC i will upload it as well.

That's brilliant. Did you send it as a "case specific enquiry" or generic webform. If the generic webform, what did you select as your topic? (ie. technical difficulties, PR card, etc). I will do the same and hopefully it works!

SO that means in these cases we can do nothing but waiting 10 business days from the tech support ?? should we send them by mail ? or try to link it with another account so that it might get refresed nd updated .. -_-
