He was part of Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) who is on strike now. So we can expect some positive developments soon...He received a PAFSO award in 2003. These Awards were instituted in 1990 by PAFSO as a means of providing peer recognition of exceptional achievement by career Foreign Service Officers.
