I check our ECAS occasionally and just noticed that my spouse's home address was properly changed to our home here in Canada, But her
mailing address is still her old address in China - so knowing how little oversights like this can cause huge delays and potential problems, I changed it to match our home address, which proved to be a bit clumsy - in that due to the way the address change portal is programmed, you have to change your current physical address (which has not actually changed) in order to state that the mailing address is the same as...
Maybe they would have eventually changed this address, but if not, it states that a failure of the applicant to change within 180 days of landing could result in a withdrawal of PR status
Have all the recently landed folks here had their mailing addresses corrected?
