Following are the words from the letter that i received from vo.

" I am now completing the assessment of your application for a permanent resident visa. It appears that you mey not meet the requirements for immigration to canada.

After conducting verifications of your employment, i have credible information which indicates to me that your reference letter dated "may 2011" is not genuine. I am not therefore satisfied that you have the experience as claimed in the letter said to be writen and signed by XXXX( my ex employer) in may 2011. You are hereby given an opportunity to respond to this concern.

Before i make a final decision, you may submit additional information relating to this issue. If you choose not to respond with additional information i will make my decision based on the information before me, which may result in the refusal of your application.

I look forward to receiving your additional information.

**** please note that no verification call has been made to my ex employer. I think this a standard way to reconfirm my ex employment. Any suggestions forum members ???.

What you have done after u got a letter from Vo ( that they think your exp letter is not genuine) . Please let us know so that we can face similar situation like this. I have applied in FSW1 and got PER .

Dear Hasarin,

The letter i got from VO is called procedural fairness letter. This letter is very crucial and leads to sure rejection if the concerns are not addressed in a way VO wants. In my case VO had concerns about my employment.

I sent employment letter, tax returns and group certificates with my apllication. Vo was still not convinced about my employment letter. To make the things alright , I got another letter from my previous employer, letters from my colleagues and their tax returns. I also provided the business registration certificate of the restaurant and a personal statement from me.

This is just an overview and the case in actual was more complicated. Hope the above information might be helpful to you. If you have any concerns regarding your application and would like to discuss, please feel free to drop a personal message and i will get back to you at earliest.

She was Indian and she spoke in the language the call was answered but one thing I noticed that they are quite rude.

NOC 6242 cap got updated again

from 429 to 435...

My mind is being hammered with the question "will my app be in the cap" :'(
