Checklist confusion???

Hi,

Applying outland from the U.S. Sponsor checklist and U.S. checklist, Do I need to supply duplicate forms for both checklists? Like for instance the U.S. checklist wants all of the sponsored person's forms etc, and IMM 5491 also asks for them.

One copy of each form/document will suffice.

So is the spousal checklist with the parts listing the PR application forms just there for the sponsor to double check they are sending all of the PR application forms with the sponsorship forms?

Yes. There is no need to double up on any of these forms.
