Check Application Status Online - Not Found?

Hey,

I received my AOR back in the beginning of Jan but every time I try and track my application status online at the CIC website I get "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

I've tried using my UCI number and even my Application reference but each time it's the same result.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have got it once when I did not put the space which is in my family name. So try to insert your family name exactly as it is in your passport.

I experience the same issue. I received my AOR back in October but still can't access the status (says "not found")... Were you able to troubleshoot your issue? I started to get worried and emailed Sydney and Ottawa today.

Hey,
Just a heads up, I tried tracking and put uk in place of birth and nothing, then one day realised there was an option of England..and there it was. Worth trying if your British.
