I send my passport on 20 Apr. and expected to received them by now. However, last week I have sent an email to CHC asking about my passports and today morning they send me reply that your passports were received on 13/05/2011, so please wait for 60 days. I am in Kuwait and send my passports through courier and courier company acknowledge the receipt of passport there on third day then how it would be possible that passports were received after a month of sending date. :-[

Hi Kool;
I think this happened with some other members. It is sure that the passports were delivered as per mentioned by the Courier company, and most probably, the delay is within the CHC. If there is noting urgent to you, I would suggest you give it more time as per informed by CHC and for sure you will receive your passports shortly. However, if an expiry of any issues visa is possible due to delay, then you should contact them as a manner of emergency and ask them to return your passports urgently after explaining the situation. Best of luck.

Actually, my spouse residency is expiring next months and company is demanding passport for residency renewal, thats why I sent email to CHC asking them to sent it by end of May, because we sent the passports on 20 April and in response they sent me an email that yr passports were received on 13/5. We will be in g8 trouble if they will go by 13/5.
