June 2011 London CHC visa office applicants let's join here .....

No news : Good news 
It means there is no news which is good. I have a friend with MI1 SW2, applied in March 2010, from CHC London, his file is under process just one month back, after two years.
End of this month there will be MI4 !!! and as much as I follow on Mandie's excel sheet, once in a while, still no movement May and June 2011 applicants. My understanding says CIC-CHC is clearing MI1 and then our turn will come up. So push back your processing date for another 3-4 months (something like Sep or Oct 2012), unless you are lucky, which you are and I pray you will be.

yeah 1st july 2011 applicants MI3, almost 7 members of this forum london office they got their 2nd line which is we started processing .... Our friend ASMB got this extra line from yesterday ... Just checked CIC website by chance ... the 10,000 cap has been reached. I am not sure all the 29 occupations are capped or ... no it should be total 10,000 because some jobs like crane operator, never will be filled 500 total!

My lawyer asked for 60 days extension for providing answer to CHC London several times, but they did not respond. At the same time they did not conclude my file yet, so it means they might accepted to give us some time. Let's see. So by mid December, max, I have to give in my papers. Then it is holidays and I think by end of Jan no news. Two to three months, then it takes for the officers to review my reply/papers/update, so something like March 2013 I may get some good news inshalla.
