Yes, I M in Dubai. I sent my PP through DHL. I had the same confusion that U have right now n there are two school of thoughts:
First, Send ur latest PP with old one on which ur UAE visa is stamped, BUT there might be possibilty that they(CHC) may stamp the visa on ur old one;
Secondly, one of our seniormembers suggested me to send ONLY latest passports with the copy of UAE visa and explaining the same in your covering letter in order to avoid the confusion raised in the above option.
I opted the second one and did what he said to me.
My question is that when U submitted ur docs. which PP U sent to them, if old one then you had to update them with the new one and now they have ur all records.
