Thanx Youssef-ma ..... Ur idea worked to send mail with subject "important and urgent". After I received my passports back I got reply back from them yesterday that i will receive my passports shortly. :D Regards

Thanx Gypse and discreet.... it was really terrible time to wait for passport .. since they dont reply back. We are planning to go to Regina Inshallah...I am from Pakistan. Inshallah others who have sent their passports will get their visa's soons. Regards

I send them e mail yesterday.... no reply today :(

Until today no call for passport collection. Called Aramex and no shipment. :( I've sent them e mail today. Hope to get good news soon. Regards

our consultant locate at Qatar but Dubai based.

I used the same e mail id to ask about my passports. But they didn't reply.Its now one and half week now i had sent the e mail. I called aramex (qatar ) local office to ask about any shipment... but answer is always now :( Unfortunately i dont have the air way bill no to track it since...

Hi there... we send our passports to CHC London on 5Feb 2012 and until today no reply from them. Really worried wat to do .. any suggestions?? We mailed them but they didn't reply back. :(
