Passport with LVO since past 5 weeks no News of Visa DM on 3rd feb and since 4th FEB.Ecas is down :-\

Dear All,

can anybody guide me regading below issue.

i had received landing papers for myself and my family,my son already in Canada as a undergraguate student since sept. 2011.

is it possible to land without my son and he can join us at the airport
or
he has to come to home country and re-enter canada as an immigrant.

Finally, Alhamdulilah received passport with corp.

I am greatfull to all fellows member to provide me great support and advices during more than 3 three years of processing.

[Dear forum members ,I had received this reply in response to my inquiry as I applied on 19/5/2011,LVO,PER on12/7/2011 In process 19/6/2012/ MR 2/8/2012 done on 26/8/2012 3rd line on ecase 10/9/2012 all forms sent with medical together with proof of funds another PC requested on 20/9/2012 sent after 3 days I sent last inquiry and I received this reply after 5 weeks could you please explain what the meaning of initial background checks, Please be advised that your file is awaiting officer review following completion of initial background checks , Why he sent the medical expiry date . We will be in contact with further information once this review is complete.

Medical results have been assessed and are valid until 2013/09/10.

Our passports were received by LVO on 12 February 2013. When do you think I will receive them back?

For Saudi based applicants, Does LVO return the passports directly to the applicant through Aramex or they will be sent first to the canadian embassy in Saudi Arabai?

Usual time is 6-8 weeks.

Hi, Im from Saudi as well, for me it took exactly 30 days from the day i sent my passports via Fedex and the day i received them back via Aramex
