Actually today i sent them enquiry (beofre status update to DM) but I didnt get auto reply confirmation for receipt of enquiry.
Should I send it again or just wait?

My Status changed to "Decision Made" this morning. Thank God

Inside "Decision has been made on your application Office will contact you"
but no medical recevied line?

In my case, I sent them an inquiry before I get my passport back. I never received an autoreply.

The email was Sent: May 18, 2012 7:14 PM and I received reply on Mon 21/05/2012 11:34 AM. I did not get any auto reply. I think people dnt get auto replies after Med Rec'd. It's becoming a norm nowadays. Just relax your visa is on it way to you. Just rejoice!

The auto reply has nothing to do with the individual's status, this is just an acknowledgement that they have received our mail, there might be some problem in their mail system.

Yes I am in Dubai, but didn't check with aramex. I am using an agent so putting pressure on the agent to be awake.
