GCMS is the new system that will eventually replaced the CAIPS system. Its not available at all visa offices right now. When we request the CAIPS file from CIC, they are providing us with either the CAIPS or the GCMS file depending on its availability. There is no difference in our fee between a CAIPS file or a GCMS file.

would you by any chance have any idea about buffalo visa office..they seem to be very slow.is there some sort of priority list there too and what are the priorities for post 26 june applicants.

may i ask how valid this information is, what is your source?? I see you have failed to answer other forum members questions directly!
How, when all other visa offices have told applicants that post June 2010 will be given priority would London be ALLOWED to delay processing to October 2011?!?! Many other visa offices are now sending medical request and asking for permanent residence fees a mere 6 months after sending their applications.

Why are you quoting 48 months when London VO is stating 13 months for Nov 2008-Jun2010???

I am very disheartened with this information you are providing and only request to know the validity of it. It is very unethical to provided such information without accurate and valid source.

I trust you will reply, if not, I can only assume that this is false and inaccurate information.

I have read your previous post regarding medical tests. You have advised that if bp of a person is higher then 90/140 he may request the DMP to have his creatinine test. My bp comes to 85/145 and my DMP said to me he will give me further instructions for any test after reading my blood,urine and x-ray reports. If all reports come o.k then should i request to DMP to also take my creatinine test or I may not ask anything and the bp 85/145 will be treated as normal if other reports come o.k. Pl.give me advice what should i do in the present state of affairs.

I have not mentioned 48 months processing time for fast track FSW applications. Please read my posts carefully.

All Post June 26, 2010 FSW applications are supposed to be processed by GCMS and that's why these applications are being processed differently by various CHCs.
The processing time for these applications could be between 10-18 months.

Dear Nectar, my full application was received in jaunuary 1010 at CHC islamabad and in February 2010 i got AOR2. after that it was transferred to CHC London. my NOC bring 0213 in FSW1 pre 26 June. i would like to know that when i can receive medical. my status is received by visa office.

Active processing of FSW application at CHC London may take about 6-8 months so, you can think that your application may be finalised during 4th quarter of 2011.

I have submitted full documents in Jan-11 ( pre june applicant of May-10).

When I can expect 2nd AOR & medical, if everything is going smooth in my documents.

Dear all,

I hope all of you are doing very well.

I always wish to disseminate good information to ease you guys.

Currently fast track FSW post February 2008 applications are on the highest priority at CHC London but from April 2011 London based SAP FSW applications submitted until August 2007 will also go along and will be finalsed in 47-48 months at CHC London. The processing time at CHC London for SAP FSW applications will be 47 months approximately by July 2011.

By October 2011, CHC London will clear its SAP FSW inventory of applications submitted until October 2007.

The SAP FSW applications who haven't got supporting documents update instructions (October 2007 to February 2008) are still on hold until further instructions given by the Canadian Parliament. Canadian Parliament may instruct CIC any time after passing the bill of proposed amendments in the selection criteria of FSW category.

The straight forward SAP Ottawa Processing Unit applications will have to meet the lowest 42 months FSW processing times.

CHC London FSW post June 26, 2010 applications will be processed on the highest priority from October 2011 onwards.

I am September 2008 applicant from Pakistan, transfered to London on 30 June 2010. Did medicals and sent RPRF in Nov 2010. Creatinine test was done as medical furtherance on 15 January 2011. DMP said that he sent the test on 24 Jan 2011.
By looking at my time lines, what do you forsee for me. Do you think I can expect PPR by April or May.

Thanks a lot for your quick and positive reply. Please advise me is it beneficial for me that If the DMP did not ask me for creatinine test at his own I ask him for the said test. I at my own have taken the said test and the result is 1.18 while the normal ranges are 0.50 to 1.20, mine is under limit and under the normal range but on higher side or trend. Pl. comment is it be acceptable for Canadian immigration purpose or not as my creatinine result is 1.18 on a higher trend.
