I applied for my wife sponsorship in Jan 2010 in Mississauga.
Received by Islamabad on Mar 09, 2010.
Received a letter from Islamabad with the file number on Mar 20, 2010.
Her medical was done on Mar 04, 2010.
Received a letter from Islamabad asking for more pictures and Original Nikkah Namah on Aug 15, 2010.
Received a letter from Islamabad asking for more pictures and telephone history and supplementary form on Feb 22, 2011.
Received a letter from Islamabad asking to do get re-medical done on Mar 10, 2011.

All letters were answered within 7 days back to Islamabad.

Anybody with the similar situation as mine?

ISB CHC AOR Received: MAR 30 2010 dated APR 27 2010
Supplementary Requested by ISB CHC: MAY 2010
Medical Expired: DEC 2010
RE-PCC + Supplementary + PR Form + Family Member Requested again: FEB 24 2011

Now waiting for RE-MEDICAL and PPR request INSHALLAH, please pray for me

InshaAllah, I am planning to travel back to Pakistan in first week of May for 2 weeks. I hope she comes back with me this time. In the last 9 months I have travelled 3 times to visit her. Tired of coming back by myself.

Yep there have been some who received PPR from 2010 cases. My recceived same as what you did no remedical tho even thogh it was expired..

ok so when were their AOR's issued? like jan-feb im guessing?

ya my hubby's medical expired this month as well.. hoping for remed+PPR soon InshAllah!

Yep I have seen up to the begining of March 2010 AORs receiving PPRs. However, people who have received PPRs already had their remedicals done either late 2010 or jan/feb 2011. My wife's medicals expired in January2011, but she only received request for rePCC and updated forms in Feb 2011.

Received a letter from Islamabad with the file number on October 05, 2010. Asked for more pictures, recent telephone history and supplementary form to complete in the same letter.
Sent the completed supplementary form and the most recent contact history and wedding pictures on October 22, 2010.

Guys I am so glad to see that the picture of that racist anti Pakistan Citizenship and Immigration minister (Jason Kenny's) has been removed from cic.gc.ca, (he increased spousal immigration time from 3-6 months to 21 months) please vote against conservatives so we dont have to see him as our minister again, trust me if his party comes back the time will go even higher than 21 months unlike India where it is still 6 months

It is the time that our voice is not just email being ignored by Jason's Kenny's or Harper's office,

It is the time to do the only thing we can do against them VOTE AGAINST THEM

I plead all of brothers and sisters here to have a little campaign of our own in our social circles against Conservatives, including our friends from other nations in Canada with a voting right.

Just for our information, our employers are bound by law to give us paid time off on election day to vote

I wonder what'll happen next with the whole government dissolving thing, I think we should get another minority government but this time with Liberals leading. I don't think that the Liberals are ready to take a control of a majority government, they seem too confused and lost. I really don't want the conservatives getting a majority, if so then we're *beep*. I hope chc doesn't slow down during all of this

u r right we may get a coalition Govt which to me is more balanced than any Majority Govt, I just hope that Conservatives dont come back, I would rather prefer the most hated George Bush over Conservatives because they hold our spouses a hostage in Gitmoo called CHC-Isb

ur wifes case is kinda same as my husbands case... but little difference in timeline as u can see in my signature.. but my husbands re-med was also done 3rd march 2011 so just waiting for the next response.. hopefully PPR.. cuz there is nothing else left for them to do .. so we r probably gonna receive something around the same time.. wish u good luck.
