Agreed. LVO is responsible for approval and issuance of the visa while Islamabad office is responsible for printing the visa.

My advice is to submit a coloured copy of your baby's birth certificate and long form to London (assuming that's where you file is at) this will be considered additional information and may help your case... they may even remove you from the inteview queue and move on the next step In Sha Allah

That depends where your file is transferred, like in ISB or LVO
But the good news is that 2015 is a lucky year for all sponsorship cases as all the cases will be finished in a year; 12 months. So I am hoping your case will also fall under it. Wish you good luck.
