Alhamdulillah By the grace of Almighty Allah my wife received a combined PHEP Request Step 1 & Step 2.

We have been waiting for this day since 29 months since I filed my spousal application.

Now I would like to ask these people who have received passport request and sent their passports to Islamabad.

Regarding step 1 & 2 according to step 1 passport bio page and updated information chart copies must be sent to London within 7 days and according to step 2 original passport with 2 photos must be sent to Islamabad for visa issuance within 2 weeks.

As I mention in July that my wife received step 1 request on July 29, 2014 and all the required documents were sent to London on July 30, 2014.

And today my wife got an email and they are asking to submit passport bio page and updated information chart again within 7 days.

What should I do guys??? Plz help me...

And for 2 photos should my wife write her file number and name on the back of both photos???

I will be waiting for your advice and your input will be highly appreciated.

My timeline follows as

Application filed: April 2012
Approval received : July 2012
Marriage pics submitted : May 2014
Remedial request: July 2014
Passort Request Step 1: July 29, 2014
Combined PHEP Request Step 1 & 2 : Sept 25,2014

Has anyone experiencing the problem sending email to the London Visa office???

I have sent one email this afternoon to the London visa office first I got the confirmation reply from them getting my email and then i got this from delivery postmaster Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca (ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca)
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

I sent them email again about 10 mins ago and it happend the samething to me.
Plz advise me if they recieved my email yet or no

Please use web form for London and upload your documents for a while till your email get to them.

Ok its not a big issue kindly ask your wife to Scan the Bio data page of her PP and fill the Updated information chart and the scan it send both docs to London immigration via email.

We are so over the moon thankful that finally after 4 years all this is done Alhamdulillah.

I left Peshawar Pakistan last Wednesday after the Doctor said I should go home as I could barely walk or sit. It would have made my heart so happy if we could have traveled together In Sha Allah.

I pray everyone receives good news soon from CIC Immigration with their Pass Port and Visa In Sha Allah.

For the ones who have insulted me here well Allah will take care of matters like this.
For everyone who kept me in their prayers may Allah reward you all with Good News Soon In Sha Allah..
I tell you its an amazing feeling to finely see the end of this crazy tunnel, I wish the best for everyone
and may you all receive good news soon In Sha Allah..........
