and i already did my pcc last month and filled that form last month too so i was all prepared to send

are you sure they got your additional docs? what was your mean of communication? postal mail or email? maybe you skip their email for interview or any additional docs .... coz that situation may lead to a direct refusal without interview.

I agree .. They never reject without interview .. Maybe LVO never received their add docs or maybe these guys missed LVO's interview email .. In any case they should apply for notes

Assalamoilaikum everyone ..i am new to this forum. i am 2011 applicant . we received passport request in june 2013 and still they didn't return our passports back with visas. Medicals also expired in April 2014... Called MP for the appointment,so the lady who received my call said they are doing our additional inquiry . I am very much stressed out because they requested our passports for stamping visas and now MP said they are doing our additional inquiry.. Can anyone else here have the same case ? please help me ?how much more time they will take and what she meant by ADDITIONAL INQUIRY....???? :'(

Before you go attacking the Visa office, it is best for you to establish some things first:

1. Was the file properly prepared/submitted with ALL the required evidence
2. Did sponsor or the PA send further ongoing evidence of marriage life, birth of baby, etc. Was this properly and timely communicated with the visa office?
3. Hope you kept copies of everything submitted.
4. Were the forms filled properly, were the questions answered properly.
5. Was the visa office kept up to date with all contact info ? Was there any missed letters or emails ??

A lot of Pakistani people, due to poor(English) language skills, do not fill forms or answer the questions in the forms properly, which can lead to delays and/or refusals.

File an appeal right away with a GOOD IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM.
And apply for ATIP file notes right away

Hi. I applied in Feb. 2013 as well. But since we had incomplete application that further delayed our step 1 approval for 4 months. We got approved in July. And along with AOR they returned my original documents as well at my husband's address in Canada. My question is how did u figure out the month in which ur file got transfered to London. Since I can't seem to figure out mine. We just got an email from Islamabad as an answer to our enquiry as to the whereabouts of our file. Islamabad confirmed it's in London after few days we got email from London that file is with them and waiting to be reviewed by visa officer. Just wondering when did my file get transfered. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
