Just received passport request from London... are any courier services open the next few days ? is it even beneficial to send the passport while the embassy is closed?

by the way i did visit the embassy website and it only states the 28 or 29 as closed. I will call tonight and verify if the embassy in Islamabad is open.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Are you waiting for passport request? Is this husband case or?you are lucky because I also sponsored my husband in July 2012 n still waiting for remedical n passport request. My husband done his first medical in May 2012.

congratulations dear, please share your time line.

it is suggested ,not to send PASSPORT before holidays ends as if embassy and courier are open, they would be working with least and junior staff which may result misplacing ur passport God forbid.

I work for multinational company and my office will open from tomorrow, out of 22 total, only 3 will be in office.

so wait u r at final stage, don't take risk.

Did they receive your passport on 18 or you posted on 18. When did they receive it?

No i sent via TCS on 18th july Friday then weekend and they have been recieved on Monday 21st july by Ahemad at 10 AM

MY E-case status finally changed to in process!
it says "we started processing your application on 25th july 2014" ;D

My ecase changed into "In Process" and it says "we started processing your file on July 24th 2014" When will i get ppr as my wife already had her medical done in April 2014.

Same thing did Remed and PCC and forms in Jan 2014 but nothing after that

I am 2013 july applicant . how long should i expect to wait? I see quiet a few ppl of 2013 are getting ppr and remedial . what timeframe is reasonably 14 to 18 months ?

If they are doing April 2012, what is happening with the applications before that
I applied in Dec 2011, File approved by Feb 2012 and was send to Islamabad in 2012
March 2013 was when it was send to London
