Ppr email usually has a heading of "PHEP (SXB-1)".

Hey hubby..... i have received PPR1 request yesterday......... and the subject line the same one which you mentioned.... but i have got 2 attachment together.
In first attachement i have received to submit passport copy and fill the form and mention passport number, expiry date, and eye of colour to london office.

in Second attachment i have received after 2 weeks send the passport to Islamabad and brief define how to send and also mention there cut the self return address thing and send it with the passport along with picture.

So my question is this PPR1 AND PPR2 comes together?

Or do i need to wait for another mail? from LVO

PPR-1 is the PHEP SXB-1, with the updated chart.

PPR-2 is the PHEP along with self cut return address and 2 identical photos admission.

So, seems like yes, you did get both PPR-1 and PPR-2.

No more emails after this stage from LVO. Its over.

OH NO, i have a huge concern. I was just browsing through my gcms and realized my husbands passport number is incorrect by one number. I check me application and realized I had written it down incorrectly what do I do. who do I contact. tomorrow is saturday, i wish i saw this earlier want to tell me mp so she calls new delhi ASAP

how will this effect my process which is nearly done inshallah, my mp said visa is ready. what do i dooooooooooooooooooo

Alhumdulillah. My wife received two emails today from London visa office.

One for re-medical and in other they have requested following.

Updated Schedule A
Police Certificate
RPRF
Client Info: Passport number, expiry, height, eye color

Here is my timeline:

Applied: Dec. 2012
AOR: Jan 10, 2013
Re-medical and Documents: July 10, 2014

How long does it take for passport request after you submit these documents?

Finally the frustrating 31 months wait time is over for me...I received my passport with visa back yesterday . I sent the passport on Monday, received by VPU LDN section onTuesday and Friday I got my passport back! Seems like these people can work fast when they want to!

Now a days background check after the medical request and it takes only 1 to 2 months time to get PPR1 from LVO.

Yes, you are right ... there August 2012 and I've noticed March 2012 cases being overlooked.

there is no hard n fast rule.... its been 6 months since remedical

If they push the limit (hopefully not) your husband will get visa stamped approx 60 days to 45 days prior to med expiry. They don't expire med when case goes into in process.

Things will be over quick after ppr-1, just in a month. Visa will be issued.

What if the E-cas status does not change into in-process and re-medical validity is expiring in less than 60 days. what should one do in this situation.

If file is in LVO, send an enquiry under the heading of urgent. Explaining to them that remed is about to expire and there is no sign of visa issuance. I remember a member few months ago was in the same situation as you. That member emailed LVO and got visa in 20 days or so.
