Im a citizen by birth and this is what i gave

Canadian citizenship certificate form (CT0001e)
2 identical pics, signed by photographer and dated
Original Birth certificate
Original B-form or Family registeration certificate
Nikkah nama original with translation english
fee of 75 (pay it online attach reciept)
Child Father proof of citizenship (birth certificate or the citizenship card) Original

Limited validility passport
Fee $100 (can pay at embassy via visa)
Child passport PPTC-042
2 Photograps according to passport canada protocol signed dated and stamped by gurantor
proof of Canadian citizenship certificate (applied or in process)
Airplane ticket reservations
Good reason why you want urgent travel doc (LVP that is)
Passport photocopies attested (mom dad and gurantor)
pptc-116 filled out
pptc-445 filled out


That should get your baby to Canada. In sha Allah.

Have tried with downloading the most updated adobe version, also tried to open in different browsers BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING.

Did you Find the Attached file? If no then they must forgot to attach that file with email... you should inform them about the issue if there is no file attached herewith.

Good nothing like getting ahead of them. I have kept so many screen shots of their errors in the last 43 months. Our relationship is Genuine as the Visa Officer said, but it was an idiot who wrote different things and the Lawyer who made mistakes not us. I told them its you who hold us as hostages its frightening what they are doing to law abiding citizens in Canada as well as Pakistan. I pray it works out for all only Allah knows better In Sha Allah.....

Yes! They sent the original documents back on 1st March 2014! I believe before transferring my file to London, finally!
