During moving of Embassy it will still loose the time for everyone. once there was demonstration & now it's movement of embassy , both of these two process wasted much time of all applicants in Islamabad & world.

I just called the CIC Call Centre and got to know my file has somehow transferred from Islamabad to London. Yes, London is now the 'primary office' ... as part of 'sharing the burden' per call agent.

Yea. You call them. They ask what visa office? You say Islamabad. They say call back after 32 months bye bye...

i send to ottawa last july they scaned and retuned them back to me with a letter saying that they scaned all the documents and returning, if visa officer will need then they will contact applicant and applicant can send them the originals. hope it will help

so it means everyone file will be transfered eventually to london. thats crazy.

no end of Feb man because the last update was on Oct 30.

It should be updated after every 3 months, as quarterly means 4 times a year

The last update was for cases between October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 and it got updated 1 month later on 30th october.

The new update will be for cases between January 1, 2013 to December 30, 2013 so it should have been updated 1 month later on 30th January 2014.

Guys quick question:

I am planning to move to Vancouver from Ontario because of new job. I was wondering if I need to update my file with cic for my spouse sponsorship. It seems to be in last stages (waiting for ppr). I am wondering if its worth it as this may cause add additional delay to my file
