Forgot to mention in my earlier post that in my notes it states undertaking to be 36 months.

Has anyone else's notes said this if not did it state processing time in months?

Salam,
Dear sisters & brothers we know we have been all waiting to receive ( Medical, Re-Medical, Decision Made, Passport Requests ).
Even my family case has been running since January 2008 in Islamabad... 11 Months Since my family did their Medicals in Islamabad IOM office but yet no PPR request ( one month is remaining for medical expiry date ) i am quite sure that my family has to do another Medical test also.
I know all are tired of this frustrated immigration process... but i hope all to accept an additional patient until this process gets finalized finally.

i just want to know how many cases of 2012-2013 timeline are their which are not completed yet .....
i mean is it 100, 200, or more ......can sum1 give me exact or a good guess number ...no offence to any one and i dont want to hurt ne1s feelings .....allah hum sab ko is mushkil marhalley se jald se jald asani k saath guzar de ....ameen

i dont think on this forum we r 100 applicant for 2012-2013..i think max applicant is between 60-70. and majority of them are still waiting

Well there are soo many cases pending even some 2010 n 2011 cases r also pending majority cases r waiting after medical request.. n i think their r almost 50 to 60 cases pending since 2010 . so Hope for the Best ALLAH sab k liyay asaani karay !

I dnt know whts going on in CHC Islamabad its just really upsetting no response from them since december r they still on Christmas Vacations !!! Lolzz

i dnt know bt i feel like they gonna extend the processing time :S i hope wht m thinking wd b wrong bt cuz of their laziness i feel like tht !

salaam cvimm bro and hubby chubby I just got a call from my representative she told me Ottawa send her a package which is contain of my edition doc that I sent 5 months ago they sent it back and said we kept the copies on the files and the visa office ll ask u if needed . Now I have been told by call center person that my file is transferred to Islamabad In July 12 I am so confused and the thing is that when I was sending the editional doc I did 2 copies and send to booth visa offices one for isb and one for Ottawa after when I inquired from isb about editional doc I got reply from isb stated we acknowledge
the received of ur package and forwarded to person in charge . Now I don't know what is realy going on where is my file??. Few weeks ago when I contact my mp she inquired too and she said ur file is in Islamabad and now I got editional doc from Ottawa I am realy really confused plzz guys guide me and I don't know what is going is it good sign or not are they working on my file or what? any advice appreciated thank u guys

mrashid123 it will be a great service to all of us if you can order your GCM notes now, it will help us to know what group you get in at what time, and what VO do at the end, the checks etc before issuing visa and howmuch time they take etc. It is just 5 dollars to order it, or will be free if you wife order it once she is here. Can you please do us this favor ?

Yes I have no problems in ordering my GCMS notes once my wife arrives inshallah!... n I already had an intention to order them just for my curiousity's sake.... however by the time my notes arrive I'm predicting that there will b many more visas sent out inshallah!...

I definitely agree with Waiting2013..... but I didn't feel forced to order my notes at all.... I've been one of those voices on this forum correcting ppl's misinterpretations about GCMS notes n its lack of effect on the application.... funny thing is I was told ordering the notes would effect my application from my MP! .... goes to show how much they know!....lol.... besides they've already issued the visa so its not like they will take it back just cuz I ordered my notes

Going back to Waiting2013's concern we really should b careful bout wut we expect from ppl on this forum.... We have all joined this forum by our own choice.... nobody forced us to come on here n share our experience.... Something like this could b seen to discourage those 'silent' readers from posting their info for fear that they would b forced into doing something they don't wanna do

Hello all,
Please provide your insight to my two inquiries below.

Background- recently married in Pakistan, in the process of completing the application.
-"notarized affidavits attesting to the fact and providing reasons for why you and your sponsor are/were living together without being married or unable to live together altogether"
- I need some insight of what to write in this affidavit, please help.
- "at least two statutory declarations from individuals with personal knowledge of your relationship supporting your claim that the relationship is genuine and continuing"
- shall I ask the wedding witnesses to provide this declarations so CIC can cross reference for validity?
IF someone has a sample of this letter or the affidavit I mentioned above I would very appreciate your help.

I don't remember getting any sort of affidavit or anything like wut u describe.... have a read through the guide once more as it will clearly tell u if u need this or not

LOL, actually outlandish, if she sits back her notes will never arrive. They will not process her notes unless she resends the consent form that they asked for because it is "illegible" (probably because it wasn't scanned properly).

According to her, she has already sent in the consent form a second time and that's the reason she got the automated reply from ATIP....

I don't know what to do now. I need help I order notes on February 7 ,2014 and today they send me an email saying this
"I regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for the following reason(s):

Unfortunately, the image of the consent form is too small and thus, illegible. Please resend the consent form ensuring that it is in a larger format."Your file will remain open for 30 days from the date of this letter. If you do not respond within this timeframe, we will consider your request abandoned and will close your file.
