CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

this was in august 2006 but might be of some help. I also got the PIA flight and our first stop was lahore airport and then off to Karachi. it was a 1.5 hr stay and we were on the plane the whole time. cleaning crew came in did their thing. the plane got more fuel and everything happened while me my mom and I were on the plane!

My brother went in June with the same flight via LHR, he had to get off the plane, get his passport stamp, take his luggage and then check in again for a domestic flight to KHI.

We received a re-medical request on Aug 23 and my wife completed her re-medical September 9th, one month ago today. We have not heard anything from CIC/ISB after this, and I was wondering if we should order notes again or just wait?

Also, on a side note, I will be travelling to PAK at the end of this month. Usually, I would take Emirates when I visit my wife, but I booked a flight with PIA due to budgetary constraints - depart Oct 29 Toronto to Lahore, 40 minute stay at Lahore then off to Islamabad on a different flight. I have a question regarding the Lahore airport: is there a separate terminal for international/domestic flights? would I have to collect my luggage as I transfer? This will be my first visit to Lahore, a short visit yes, anything to watch out for?

My wife had her remed done on May30, still waiting for PPR.

I have been to karachi via lahore twice. on first visit we didn't get off the plane and waited 2hours inside. on the other occasion we were asked to get off the plane and spend 2 hours in transit. we collected our luggage in karachi on both occasions.

W salam,
whenever u will to any Call center representative, they will tell you different reply..it is universal all over the world....
ABt IMO , when we called them 1st time, they said 8 - 10 days then i called them again after 20 days they said in 48 hrs and when i call them to get the appointment they said 5 days.

well taking a look at ur timeline, i would suggest you to wait atleast one year to apply for gcms notes. when ur file atleast would be open at islmbad inshallah.....
