One funny thing I realized about going thru the gcms notes again is my husband did his medical on oct 2,2012 but the expiry date is 23 oct 2013 which is the same as when they received our file! so I guess it doesn't matter when you do your medical .. the one year time starts from when they received your file?

all upto visa officer, CHC does not have any prescribed procedure for assessment....

Re-medical mostly comes thru Pakistan Post or via email......further passport request comes thru TCS bcoz applicant has to submit his/her Passpoer at TCS office for visa stamp....
.
All mentioned TCS tracking numbers are form the CHC-ISB.
Remember its not necessary that all shipments from CHC is ONLY related to the visa/immigration applications.

1) Can we send Passport through FedEx to CHC Ismbd?
2) Normally who many days they wil tak to sending back after Visa Stamp ?

I am one of those silent readers who patiently waiting for re med...

I have a question and hoping someone can answer, my file transferred to Islamabad in April 2012 but no communication yet but hoping to get re med soon, I have re visit my wife again last and going to update CIC again...

I have applied through lawyer so my question is should I expect email or letter for re med and passport request? also will they be sending it to her email or home address in pak or to my lawyer in canada?

They dont have any excuse to dealy my case, i paid the correct fee and completed all forms correctly and supplied them with all what they ask for. Why double standard, cases from other countries take 3 to 6 months but from pakistan we have to wait 31 months. Its our fault if we keep silent like now, we should take legile action aginst cic.

you may have submitted all the correct fees, filled out the correct forms and provided additional documentation, but so did tens of thousands of other legitimate cases as well as thousands of fraudulent cases all coming from PAKISTAN - they have all submitted applications. What makes you think they'll move your file above others who have been waiting for over 1.5/2 years? You haven’t even passed 1 month after step 1 approval. Do you not read others' posts? legal action? lol. #ridiculous

Kenney put it best when he said "Canadian Immigration is NOT FOR SALE". Yes the timeline for approval is quite lengthy, and yes it does 'suck' to be apart from your significant other and it does take an emotional toll, but being in Canada is not a right, it is a privilege - this is the new 'land of opportunity'. all this talk about taking legal action, protests, its ridiculous. just think and it will make sense - PAK has the largest amount of fradulent and rejected cases, how much money does it cost the government and the taxpayer?? I would not be surprised if they increased the timelines again. i log into this site daily to read updates from other users and to hear of success stories, but all i've been reading lately is complaints and rants. Just hold on people, you will get the PPR soon enough!

we recieved the remed request through email. ask your lawyer to order notes. the emial should go to your representative

Thanks for quick response, can you tell me where do I go and order notes by myself and my lawyer do not recommend...instead he said if I really want I can do it myself...

First download and print this form IMM5744E
fill it up also you will need a proof of address for canada and any other id scan them as well then go to www.google.ca and type ATIP you will go to cic website and then apply online it's pretty easy.

Also go to youtube.com
There is videos that you can watch to help you just type Atip consent form then type GCMS then watch the second video.

No, you only need to fill and complete forms and consent form. Scan and attach the attachment as asked during the online process. You dont need to mail anything.

I am trying to submit GCMS notes online at ATIP website, this is for my wife sponsorship and not sure if I need to upload consent form, if so do I need to fill in my wife information in consent form and do I need her signature on it?
