Salman to everyone and congratulate to waiting eyes and to dose who got 're med I have few q is ur case in isb or Ottawa and do they sent u letter here in Canada or to ur spouse in Pakistan? My Wife is in Kabul af as u know the addresses over there not that accurate so I'm very worrying about do they inform me too or they sent any letter to her only my case is in Ottawa and I am Dec 2012 applicant should I expect anything or do some inquirys or just keep waiting I have planning to visit my wife after Ramadan inshala thank u so much

I am from Afghanistan too all u have to do write an application from your wife's side that she want all her letters to go to my husband's address since we don't have proper address in Afghanistan and she will write all her info on it and sign it and send it to u also then u sign the paper as well and then either fax it or mail it to Islamabad but don't email it though, also for her medical, CIC will send you more forms for the second one so u have to wait and by the way my file is Oct 2012, and my sister-in-law got her visa.

Someone told me not to send it from personal email. He told me to use the web link that I got in my AOR letter, I thought that is email but it a secure webpage.

My files transferred to Islamabad on May 17, 2013, is too early to ask them if they received my files or should I wait? CIC should at lest conform with us that we received your file.

I dont know about any webpage. But i sent them email from my own email address and i recieved reply after a month
And u have to wait for one year or little less than that to hear from chc islamab

alhumdulillah i got remed requester via email to my law on 20 june when my hubby was here. now i got appointment on 3rd july..............wanna know that how am i going to get the ppr and ........ how much jewellery can i carry at the time of immigration....... also what luggage should i give my hubby while oing back s he has to leave on this sunday,,, plz give advises

And my husbands pretty much bankrupt n broke right now,will that affect my sponsorship? He was fine a few months ago..long story short,he doesnt have anything at the moment,how will this affect me?

Phew! Really? I got my quebec selection last year so my case is provincially approved..just worried that now when my case is almost finalized,wat if they fuss over his bankrupcy?

Any 1 can tell what kind of interview is PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT INTERVIEW?

If people think that sending such pics would help [which wont, as it will just scream "trying to hard"] than you must be fools beyond hope. My very close friend applied in Feb2012 and he submitted only 20 pics from Wedding etc,phone logs and emails, nothing else.

Only thing he concentrated on was how he filled his forms, made sure all the required docs were original and exactly as per the instructions given in the forms. Made sure there are no lapse in the timelines of both, paid all the fees before submitting the application. And he has already gotten his visa and hopefully his spouse will be here soon.

So as long you have spent time in checking, double checking and then getting someone else to check your forms, RTFM , you should be okay.

and over here few people are advising others to send kissing pics etc,,but u know sometime it give negative impact on VO,,everyone has different mind set,,if VO dont like such pics then he think ur forceing to convence him that ur relationship is geniune... but it may give negative impact specailly when we belong from asian and ismalic culature where these things r not encourage to post in public

Salaam brother Yamayama and waiting eyes thank u so much for ur great advice and reply I have a q for yama brother , u said ur sis inlaw got visa can u tell me what was her timeline I knew u said Dec but which year brother I have a representative should I ask my representatives to inquire about my file or should I do it by myself? Or is not too early to inquire? Coz some ppl say is u ask theme it 'll delay ur case or is u change ur addresse it 'll delay too as u guys know I am Dec 2012 applicant and I am % 100 sure that my file is in Ottawa I called cic call center almost 2 months ago actually I called cic 2 Tim's and they said my file is in Ottawa as u said yama brother to write a applic about my address issue, is it ok to do this do know somebody to this coz indoor want theme to delay my case and I wanna thank u all so much for help.
