My ecas showed medical received for abt a year now. Nothing has changed, ecas don't change much....

salam guys, my ecase is showing medical received, and it hasn't changed, so it will stay like this for few months ?

Hey everyone...i have some news; not sure if you guys knew this but def new to me.
So basically, when they tell you that they have sent your file to Islamabad, what they actually do is they scan EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT you have sent them including the pics etc and send it over electronically to Islamabad, but the physical file stays in Ottawa. This could be why they returned some of the members' picture because the person scanning them didn't wanna have to scan so many lol. The person I talked to said there is some sort of a "border ban" so they can't send physical application to CHC-I (no idea what he meant by this; he didn't want to get into too much details). Anyway, what I'm guessing is that all cases are still being processed in Islamabad.

If only we knew how it affects processing times...... :'(

What should one do to make this processing time useful?

My brother was a drama director, he did his masterpiece direction before leaving Pakistan!

What should we do? cuz 2013 applicants are in a long queue.

Let's have some chill time or busy time and cheers to last few Months/years in Pakistan?

What do you mean? I also got the same letter from Ottawa saying my file has been transferred to Isl. does that mean it's being processed from Ottawa then? It usually takes a couple weeks to get to Islm though...

how ever get approval and got email that there file is transfer to islo,,just check from which email u get that approval letter or email ottawa and confirm where ur file is

Instructions (Residency questionnaire) form and Schedule A back ground declaration IMM5669 both are mostly same question so i have to submit both of them of just one.

You can change it on CIC's website by loggin in using your client ID.

Even look my file was filed in January 2012 and transferred to Islamabad in March 2012 but nothing heard at yet but soon i will and everyone will hear good news so just wait for Allah Raza and your file turn. Ok
