Been over 2 years I'm on this forum. This is the 6th member i see with relationship breakdown. There you have it folks, CHC-Islamabad's protocol.

You never gave me any good news in 2 years journey.
Today am giving you Good news. You destroy another Beautiful relationship just bcoz of distance and this long F*** wait a lot of relations are destroying with misunderstandings..

London n New Delhi have Canadian officers.... which is not the case in CHC-ISL where they employ Pakistanis.... Pakistani govt refused to give visas to canadian officers so they could go over n do the work.... This could b one reason y Pakistan's processing times have gone higher n higher

I think it's more of an issue where NOBODY wants to go to Pakistan (foreigners) due to security threats. It's obvious, the extremism and barbarism of many of the people in Pak is terrible, they don't even spare their own people, you expect them to spare the foreign diplomats?

All countries have travel warnings which warn their citizens not to travel to Pakistan unless absolutely necessary.

Would you want to go live in a place where you can't go out due to fear of being killed because of skin colour or religion, or due to money ?

Hey, my app date shows up as 17th August 2012 and file transfer as 28th September and I got remed,repcc late January so hopefully you are next!

CHC-Islamabad is big pain and insult for Canadian citizen who are originally Pakistanis.

i don't think its worth it to destroy your relationship. you should be ready to live anywhere with your partner and start fresh, if required. if you think you can go and settle back home then why not. I believe our spouses worth more than Canadian $$ and Canadian degree.

Mine is a very simple case and straight-forward case but i havent received re-med so far.
I havent ordered gcms notes.

It's worth ordering notes it may able to inform you of other info such as what their thinking. My notes opened my eyes it was definilty worth the $5

Wow! That is sad considering notes state that security check is not started in my husbands notes.

Did you order notes and if you did... did it state the same thing prior to your re med req?

mine is a complete and simple case. i have provided them everything. i dont know why cic is taking such long. i ordered notes early dec...n it said medical: in progress and no background/security chk started yet. 23rd month had started and i hvnt rcvd any remedical or any request.
